Since 1997, The Peaceful Dragon has been among the most popular schools in the Carolinas. If you're looking for fitness and weight loss, stress reduction, self-defense or just enjoyment we have a program for you. We offer adult programs in tai chi, yoga, kung fu, Zen meditation, fitness boot camp and more. Our children's martial arts classes are among the best in the country, helping kids gain focus, self-discipline, confidence, and strong leadership skills. We also offer an after-school martial arts program and summer camp.

Our students come from all over Charlotte and neighboring communities including Lake Wylie, Ft. Mill and Rock Hill in South Carolina; Gastonia, Huntersville, Davidson and Concord in North Carolina; plus many towns beyond.
