Weekly Curriculum Guide
This guide is designed to help both instructors and students know
which aspect of the Monthly Curriculum should be covered in a given
week. Specific content for each category changes monthly; see the
Block Rotations Chart for the correct month's content. Additional
curriculum material may be added at the instructor's discretion.
A days cover Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
B days cover Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
All students should attend each style they are studying (shaolin or tai chi) a minimum
of twice per week to ensure complete
coverage of the curriculum.
Shaolin Kungfu

Note: Week one starts on the first of each month, regardless of day of the
week. Week five includes any days after the 28th of the month.
